Yes, your vehicle is covered by insurance during the shipping process. We provide basic insurance, but additional coverage options are available if you require more protection. You’ll receive the details in your shipping contract.

Payment is typically made through a secure online platform or over the phone using credit cards, debit cards, or bank transfers. A deposit is usually required at booking, with the balance due upon delivery.

Yes, someone must be available at both the pickup and delivery locations to inspect and sign the Bill of Lading. This ensures the vehicle is safely handed over and any pre-existing damages are documented.

While it’s generally not recommended to leave personal items in your car due to potential insurance restrictions, a small amount of personal belongings (under 100 lbs) may be allowed. Please consult with us beforehand for guidance.

We recommend scheduling your transport at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. However, we also offer expedited services if you need to ship your vehicle sooner.

We offer both door-to-door and terminal-to-terminal service. For door-to-door, your vehicle will be picked up and delivered as close as possible to your specified locations. Terminal-to-terminal shipping requires you to drop off and pick up the vehicle at designated terminals.

Open transport is a cost-effective option where your vehicle is shipped on an open carrier. Enclosed transport provides additional protection by placing your vehicle in a fully enclosed trailer, shielding it from weather and road debris. Enclosed transport is ideal for high-value or classic cars.

For safety and operational reasons, we recommend leaving about 1/8 to 1/4 tank of gas in your vehicle during transport. This provides enough fuel for loading and unloading without exceeding weight limits.

The Bill of Lading is a legally binding document that acts as a receipt for your vehicle. It outlines the condition of your vehicle at the time of pickup and confirms the terms of the transport agreement. You’ll need to sign it during pickup and again at delivery.

Before shipment, ensure your car is clean, free of personal items, and has no fluid leaks. Take pictures of any pre-existing damage, and ensure that the battery is charged and tires are inflated. Follow our detailed preparation instructions for a smooth shipping experience.
